Nightclub Incidents Cause Police to Tighten Security

Police Officers on night patrol will now tighten security around night club areas, following the incidents where few night club goers were attacked.

The last victim was a New Zealander who was attacked by a group of young locals outside the Aloha night club while walking with friends to catch a cab.

Acting Police Commissioner, Peter Marshall condemned the attack as cowardly.

"Here we have a person who has volunteered his service for the Solomon Islands and now has returned to his home country early. This has been bad publicity for the Solomon Islands as a whole," says Acting Commissioner Marshall.

The Solomon Islands police are not leaving any stones unturned until they catch the people responsible.
