More Banks

Good that there is more Bank. Good for the country but who will be their client? Westpac has closed its operation. Why? The longest serving Bank. Please check the conditions, or the incentives. There would be more incentives given to the New Bank by the Solomon Islands Government, to be call to establish and operate in Solomon Islands. What are the Incentives?
